About Me
I have been actively working in the information technology sector since 2002. I began my career by receiving software education at a vocational high school and have held various technical and administrative positions since then. I played an active role in all stages of post-sales processes, from the installation of products to their commissioning and project planning. Additionally, I worked on the customer side, taking on effective roles in both administrative and technical processes such as the design, relocation, and restructuring of large-scale data centers. Throughout these processes, I provided technical support and contributed to the successful completion of projects.
In short, since I started in the industry at a time when specialization was not yet so sharply defined, I gained broad technical and comprehensive experience ranging from software, networking, and cybersecurity to infrastructure, project management, and customer relations.Having witnessed the transformation of technology firsthand, I can evaluate both the past and the present of the industry from a holistic perspective.
I am considering leveraging this experience I have gained across different disciplines to continue my career as a Cybersecurity Analyst.

Work Experience
Due to health issues experienced in 2023, I took a break from work and completed my treatment process that lasted about 1.5 years. After this period, I focused on personal development instead of job hunting.
During this time:
Worked on cryptology algorithms, acoustic steganography and AI-based security methods
Developed scenario-based applications by testing open source security tools in depth
Improved my proficiency in social media intelligence (SOCMINT) and visual data analysis
This period has been a process where I regained my health and developed my technical competence at an interdisciplinary level.
Therefore, I want to evaluate my experiences more as an analyst.
1. SDN Migration & Network Transformation
Migration of the existing network infrastructure of central and provincial units to Software-Defined Networking (SDN) architecture. Replacement of Juniper Firewall (Layer 3) infrastructure with Fortinet NGFW (Layer 7) solutions.
Within the scope of migration:
Reconfiguration of Firewall, F5 load balancers, Backbone (VSS), edge switches and MPLS routers in central/provincial.
2. Multi-Vendor Support & Consolidation
Providing technical support to existing network equipment (brand/model independent). Centralized management of multiple firewalls in distributed architecture under a single NGFW.
3. Cybersecurity Optimization
Fortinet Product Portfolio Operations: IPS, URL/DNS filtering, IPSEC, NAT Policy management. Snort rule conversion and proactive measures for zero-day vulnerabilities.
F5 LTM Load Balancer Integration: Application-based traffic routing with iRule, SNI definitions. Secure opening of web services through firewall.
Real-time monitoring and intervention of attacks such as SQL injection, XSS with WAF module.
Pentest & Vulnerability Management: Vulnerability assessment across the network with OpenVAS, Nmap, Metasploit Framework. Reporting and hardening applications of server/device (asset) vulnerabilities.
Mitigation based on F5 and firewall for unclosable vulnerabilities (e.g., ACL, rate limiting).
4. Project Management & Administrative Experience
Field experience in SDN migration, security solutions integration and operational processes. Competence in public/private sector tenders and technical specification preparation processes.

High-Speed Train Internet Project: Creating an MPLS-like high availability infrastructure by bonding multiple LTE connections. Ensuring that traffic directed to the center exits to the internet in accordance with corporate security policies (IPS, URL filtering, etc.). Secure and optimized management of user traffic with tunnel structure.

Data center and energy systems infrastructure design, implementation and support. Following post-sales design and industry standards, requirements and best practices, considering power, cooling, structural cabling and floor layout.

I learned all current products by managing them with practical workload. I took the courses to ensure I had no missing theoretical knowledge and to know what to pay attention to when designing systems.
